Research
The Campaign periodically coordinates workshops and seminars in order to enrich our internal discussion on subjects such as history, politics, and Mapuche culture. These workshops are complemented by specific research on certain topics. As a result of this process of research and discussion, we produce journalistic and academic articles for our own dissemination, as well as for publication in national and international journals and books. Some of these articles are written in collaboration with researchers and activists with whom Wefkvletuyiñ sustains an ongoing dialogue.
Some articles in English:
"The Mapunky and the Mapuheavy Voices from the Margins” In Indigenous Affairs 3-4/2005. International Group for Indigenous Affairs (IWGIA), Copenhague: 6-9
“Evaluating the effects of neoliberal multiculturalism. Conversations from the south of the south (Northern Patagonia, Argentina)” Claudia Briones, Lorena Cañuqueo, Laura Kropff and Miguel Leuman. 2007. In Latin American & Caribbean Ethnic Studies - LACES Leon Zamosc (Ed). San Diego: Routledge, Taylor & Francis.
