Bio
Corda and Doberti gradutated from the Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes Pridiliano
Pueyrredón, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Individually, they work on artist
books, objects and installations. Since 2002 they’ve done urban interventions
and street performances together as members of the Grupo de Arte Callejero
Periferia and in dual projects such as Accidentes Urbanos (Madrid Abierto
2006 and MACRO. SAR06). They won fellowships to the “Intercampos II”
program, Espacio Fundación Telefónica.
Abstract
Pull-Push
The permanent and primitive act of pulling and pushing becomes a cyclical
and irrational weight, confirming the "very Argentinean" need to insist
on useless endeavors.
