For those of you receiving financial aid from the Institute in the
form of a hotel credit, you will receive a check in the amount of aid
upon registration, which will be held all day June 14 at the Hotel
Monterrey. If you are a financial aid recipient, please note that you
are now responsible for your own reservations. If you sent a deposit
to us, we will not charge your credit card and will destroy your
check. You can use the financial aid check, in U.S. dollars, to go
towards the hotel of your choice.
