Shadow of a Fence

Shadow of a Fence is an audio-visual score referring to the structures that define how, when and where we move. As a site-specific work, it is intended for projection onto the outside of a building that houses a bell, encouraging reflection on the powerful role that societal structures play in defining our patterns of behavior.

Fletcher Boote is a multi-media artist and a touring musician (The Younger Sister Band) and has had the opportunity to show and perform internationally. Fletcher received her BA from Bard College in 2000 and studied at Instituto Lorenzo De’ Medici. She is presently completing her MA in Fine Art at Chelsea College of Art in London.
