Expropriation

The process of expropriation "occurs" when a private property is taken for public use. The word “waorani” means “human being”. The Waorani warriors in Ecuador are “people in voluntary isolation.” It is clear that they have not isolated themselves from Nature, but rather from a “civilized” society.

Biography

Eduardo Fajardo is an Ecuadorian queer artist who promotes an active commitment to human rights, equality, artistic expression & diversity. He is an artivist with an infinite love for humankind. His gender performance projects have been featured in Quito and New York City. He created PACHAQUEER, an art and performance community center against hate.
