The Trans
A musical band made up of fruits, vegetables and tubers that uses performance, urban intervention, alternative communication and soft pedagogies to tackle cultural, social, economic and political issues generated by the production and consumption of Genetically Modified Organisms in Colombia and other countries.
Biography
The Trans was born in 2012 and is made up of the following artists: Juliana Escobar, Fernanda Ariza, Alix Camacho, David Ayala, León Jiménez and Carlos Guzmán. The project has been socialized on different stages, including the XIV Salón Regional de Artistas (Colombia), BIENAR 2013 (Chile) and 100 Urban Trends from the BWM Guggenheim Lab (USA).
