Pan-Indigenous (Anti) Manifesto 3.4: Co-Creating a new Performance Declaration for the Americas

In this project, 15 artists and theorists, invited by La Pocha Nostra had the opportunity to interrogate, resist, and contend with cultural sensitivities and norms, in order to develop a text in preparation to the Encuentro as well as performative actions connected to the artists’ contemporary political condition in the continent.

Biography

La Pocha Nostra is a transdisciplinary arts organization that provides a support network for artists. La Pocha is devoted to erasing the borders between art and politics, art practice and theory, artist and spectator. LPN focus on collaboration across national borders, race, gender and generations as an act of radical citizen diplomacy.
