Human Resources for Humans appropriates an HR framework (a tool for the administration of human capital) to generate discussion around labour, exploitation, class, and unemployment. In the context of the Encuentro, HR4H will identify and respond to the power dynamics present among the participants, organizers, and outsiders of the event.

Biography

Golboo Amani is an artist who centers on alternative pedagogical practices, democratic systems of exchange and the configurations of power embedded within knowledge production (golbooamani.blogspot.ca). Maggie Flynn is an organizer, artist and curator. Her artistic production is directly informed by her involvement in grassroots organizing and working in community contexts (maggieflynn.ca).
