After an earthquake ravages through Haiti, a team of artists and socially conscious people of color return and help the people of Leogane process and grieve. Although well-intentioned, as their manifesto suggests, their motives and also the motives of other forms of charity (remittances, fundraising) go awry.

Jennifer Celestin is a Haitian-American writer, performer, and facilitator. She has performed at numerous venues in New York City, including the Bowery Poetry Club and La MaMa Experimental Theatre. A part of the EMERGENYC 2013 program, Jennifer is presently working on a one-woman show and writing a novel.
