El Abrigo de Maria Teresa 

This commemorative ritual marks the 40th year after the Chilean coup d’état, in which several women disappeared. The performance is a gesture of solidarity to pay tribute to María Teresa Bustillos and all the women who believed in their ideals. Never forget. This action seeks to reconstitute a collective memory around these disappearances.

Biografía

Christine Brault vive y trabaja en Montreal, Canadá. Artista del performance y de arte relacional, recibió becas del Consejo de las Artes de Canadá, del Consejo de las Artes y Letras de Quebec. Realizó varias obras en las tres Américas, en China y Europa a través residencias de artistas y festivales internacionales de performance.
