Under the Hood: A Journey to the Edge of Torture

Under the Hood: A Journey to the Edge of Torture

Patricio Henríquez

In the name of the so-called “war on terror”, many victims are currently being tortured by democratic states that operate with total impunity, confident and secure in their behavior. Recalling the history of torture and the less than glorious past of an America often complicit with the torturers, the documentary Under the Hood: A Journey to the Edge of Torture gives a human face to suffering and sounds the alarm about a new form of barbarism that is being institutionalized.
