Video-installation with simultaneous projections that show four men transforming their bodies and identities to construct an illusion of the feminine. The process of “assembly” and “disassembly” of these subjects offers the spectator a dramaturgy sculpted on their own bodies, which exposes the fluctuation of identity, seeking to question the cultural limits that define human genders in an authoritarian manner.

Biography

Éden Peretta is professor at the Department of Performing Arts at the Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto, where he teaches dance and theatre performance. hH is leader of the research group HÍBRIDA - hybrid poetics in contemporary theatre (CNBq), coordinator of the dance research group - ANTICORPOS, and co-founder of Medialab CAIXA PRETA.
