Video performance based on the Prayer for Peace speech by Jorge Eliécer Gaitán during the march of silence. The text, adapted by La Fulminante, is addressed to “Mr. President”, demanding accountability for the painful impunity, corruption, and crimes of the state.

Biography

Nadia Granados, La Fulminante, is a Colombian artist interested in the arts of space, movement, and the body such as video, pornography, magic, installation, and performance. Her work is characterized by the resignification of content extracted from mass media, mixed with themes related to the antiglobalization struggle.
