Precarious Series: Troco Tudo and Toco Tudo

1) TOCO TUDO (Touch Everything)

Program: to touch everything: with pre-established points of departure and arrival, walk with closed eyes. To accept help. To touch and be touched.
Location: Old Montreal – departure from Rue Monteuil, arrival at the fountain close to the Place des Armes.
Materials: determination, time, desire to touch and to be touched
Duration: 1 hour and 34 minutes

2) TROCO TUDO (Exchange Everything)

Program: to ask people: “Do you want to exchange something with me? I will give you something that I am wearing or carrying. You will give me something that you are wearing or carrying.” The piece ends when everything I was wearing and carrying in the beginning of the day has been exchanged.
Location: Inside and outside different buildings of the Concordia University – EV, LB, and HH Buildings – and the Viger Square
Materials: things, words, thoughts, time, determination, desire to exchange
Duration: 5 hours and 56 minutes

Eleonora Fabião is a performer and performance theorist. Professor of the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, she holds a PhD in Performance Studies (NYU). Since 2008 she performs in the streets of urban centers and in 2011 received the Prêmio Funarte Artes na Rua.
