MANYFIESTA is a performance that questions ideas of autonomy, independence, and tradition around the notion of memory and food. Audiences are invited to participate in the creation of the "Fiesta Manifest,” to reflect their views. MANYFIESTA alters the everyday normalcy of the public realm, and builds on people's interactions.

Hector Canonge is an interdisciplinary based in New York City. His work incorporates the use of New-media technologies, physical environments, cinematic and performance art narratives to explore issues related to construction of identity, gender roles, and the politics of migration. His work has been presented in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
