'Ideas para el cambio' tells the story of women's exploitation and abuse in the workplace and at home. Confronted with the situation of violence with the landowners for whom they work, a group of women take the advice of an elderly woman who invites them to rebel by playing a trick on the landowners. She then instructs them about the importance of getting organized and the existence of FOMMA, a place where they can be empowered by their equals.
