La Guajira is a transvestite born into a conservative family from the Colombian coast. Every night she risks her life on the streets of Santa Marta alongside other transvestites who must confront the machismo and homophobia so prevalent in the Caribbean.

Biographies

Edgar DeLuque Jácome is an audiovisual producer with experience writing screenplays, directing shorts, and producing documentaries.

Sorany Marín Trejos is a student with knowledge of art and new technologies, directing, production, and documentary filmmaking. She received a creative scholarship from the Minister of Culture for the development of her documentary Jipi Kogui.
