Sebastián Calderón-Bentín
Developed by American choreographer Mary Overlie, this workshop offers a practice and philosophy of movement, a way of seeing and perceiving movement that translates into a technique for 1) the training of performers and 2) the creation of movement or action on stage. Isolating the performer's experience into six principle languages, the work builds deep ensemble awareness, develops intuition, increases strength, flexibility and attention to detail. This workshop is aimed at actors, dancers, choreographers and directors alike.
