This piece is a critique of institutional fraud and bureaucracy. The body is suspended over a tower of human rights that are violated daily by thousands of citizens, especially those with political and social power.

Biography

Alexia Miranda (1975) is a multidisciplinary performance and video artist who studied Literature, Visual Arts and Contemporary Dance in México. She has led workshops and received awards for her work. She has been shown in Europe, USA, Central and South America, Europe and the Caribbean. She directs Catapulta Plataforma Cultural Multidisciplinaria.
